BJHT staff participated in a 2025 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) roundtable discussion last month. The QAP is the guiding document that developers use for new affordable housing units. The applications with the highest points will qualify for the limited state and federal tax credits available each year. BJHT will be sure to announce any approved
