Funding Developers Who Build Affordable Housing

Beaufort Jasper Housing Trusts works to increase the supply of workforce and affordable housing. By partnering with local governments, nonprofits, and private developers, we leverage resources to address the Lowcountry’s housing crisis. Our first funding project at Carrington Manor, is now well underway, and BJHT is working with several developers on other potential projects.
