BJHT launched a new online Housing Directory in April. It was designed to make it easier for residents, employers, service providers, and community partners to identify workforce and affordable housing options in Beaufort and Jasper Counties.
The Housing Directory reflects BJHT’s mission to create and preserve workforce and affordable housing in our two-county region. By improving access to information, we strengthen coordination between residents, developers, nonprofit partners, and local governments.
The Housing Directory is designed to evolve as new housing opportunities are created across the region. As developments open and lease-up begins, they will be added to the directory, ensuring the tool remains current and comprehensive. Upcoming additions will include Live Well Terrace in Bluffton and Northpoint on Hilton Head Island.
