About the Project
Located on Boundary Street in Beaufort, South Carolina, Carrington Manor includes one- and two-bedroom apartment homes with community amenities designed to support independent senior living. The development was completed through partnerships between nonprofit, public, and private housing organizations using the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program.
The project represents a major milestone for Beaufort Jasper Housing Trust and expands affordable housing opportunities for local seniors living on fixed or moderate incomes.
